This week’s pet is Gretel, owned by Kate of Marquette!




Says Kate--Let me tell you about my tortoise shell cat, Gretel. She's very chatty, whiney sometimes, actually, but she loves to "converse" with me. She has me trained well, ha, ha. The only time I ever hear her growl is when she hears thunder, which is always before I can hear it. I guess you can say that she's my own personal storm predictor!

The most amazing thing about Gretel is that she has taught herself how to use the toilet! Just goes to show what a smart kitty she is. After all, how can you train a cat, eh?
