This week’s pet is Wrylee, owned by Kris in Ishpeming!



Says Kris--“Smiley Wrylee is a Standard Poodle that came to me as a rescue, he was so neglected that there was a solid foot of matt on  him and he had to be stripped down to the skin.  He was living in a corral with horses and goats and had to fight 11 other dogs to get any of the little bit of food that was thrown in for all of the animals to eat.   When I got him home, and offered him a bowl of food, he looked at me as if to say, a bowl and a bed???????  He has become the most beautiful Poodle that I have ever seen, he has a show quality coat, and a gorgeous smile (yes dogs really do smile and it is a sign of intelligence) although, I have yet to be able to get a picture of him smiling.  Meet Wrylee from rags to riches rescued and loved more than ever!!!!!”
