This week’s pets are Lily and Iris, belonging to Bobby of Negaunee!



Says Bob--“After the loss of our puppy Link, who was taken from our yard by a predatory bird, we just weren't ready for another dog. But the breeders of our first puppy and our "down the road" neighbors called and we were told more puppies would be available soon. It's now been 1 1/2 years and we are so happy to have Lily and Iris in our lives. They are 1/2 sisters, playmates for each other, and full fledged members of family! Lily is a Chihuahua / Brussels Griffon mix; loud, sassy and always looking for a lap to rest in. Iris is pure-bred Brussels Griffon twice Lily's weight and height but independent and quiet content to sit in a lazy-boy by herself.. Unconditional love just doesn't seem to assess the joy and happiness they have brought to our lives. Car rides, visits to relatives, learning new tricks and playing outdoors are a few favorite past times. Never without a leash or our guidance even in our yard - we are so thankful we were given a second chance and can not imagine our
lives without them.”
