'Kelis Was Here' to be released by Jive on Aug. 22.
NEW YORK, NY [Friday Jun.23.2006] /WMQT.com/ -- Kelis fans will have to wait a little longer for the R&B singer's forthcoming album, "Kelis Was Here."
According to Billboard.com, the release of Kelis' fourth album, "Kelis Was Here," has been delayed and will now hit stores on August 22nd on Jive Records.
The disc is the singer's follow-up to 2003's "Tasty," which included the hit single "Milkshake."
"Kelis Was Here" includes the hit single "Bossy" and also features guest appearances by Cee-Lo from Gnarls Barkley, hip-hop artist Nas (who is also married to Kelis), Will.I.Am from the Black Eyed Peas, and more.
