LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Aug.14.2006]  /WMQT.com/ -- Brent Wilson has sent his former band mates a letter asking for his share of the royalties from the bands hit album A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. If Panic! doesn't pay him the 25%, based on a written contract the band had drawn up, he will take the band to court. They have 2 weeks to respond or he is willing to go to court.
