NASHVILLE, TN  [Tuesday Aug.22.2006]  /WMQT.com/ -- Avid water sports lover, Gary Allan is known to be a better than average surfer and that how he loves wake-boarding behind a fast boat. He proved how good he is at wake-boarding recently as he went board to board with the Middle Tennesee Wake Fest champ this year, Matt Simmins.
Simms, spent two days after the event wakeboarding with Gary Allan and a few band members. Gary and Matt easily handled tandem skiing and a variety of pro tricks including one requiring them to jump over each other, flying high on their wake boards to heights over six feet .
