Panic! At The Disco Rejects Pretty Boy Image
Wants fans to focus on the music
by Laura Katz

LOS ANGELES, CA [Monday Sep.25.2006] /WMQT.com/ -- Ryan Ross of Panic! At The Disco wants to be acknowledged for his music, not for his good looks.
He dislikes the group being pegged as a "hot boy band," insisting that it steals focus away from their talent.
The guitarist confessed, "It's such a bum-out when people only have a poster of you because you're good-looking. "The BACKSTREET BOYS' songs were cheesy. They could sing, but nobody really liked them for their music. "That waters down what's important. I think we're gonna start covering our faces!"
