Nelly and gal pal Vanessa Minillo strolled into NYC's Plumm nightclub, with her assistant trailing behind. But perhaps the boss needed to keep a better watch on her 'Boy Friday'. Seconds after the duo entered the club, a bouncer put her faithful assistant in a choke hold.

Apparently the young man tapped the bouncer on the shoulder so as not to be separated from Ms. Furtado.
