LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Oct.4.2006]  /WMQT.com/ -- Brandon Flowers of The Killers has a serious superstition about the number 621: he is convinced that it will be the date of his death.

The number also happens to be his birthday, June the 21st. He was playing with a Ouija Board when the
'message' came through that he was to die on that day.

Flowers has been tortured by his irrational fear ever since. "It's just stupid, it is not a way to live. Once I had to fly to Glastonbury on my birthday, that was a real mess."

He went on to say, "I've been given this great position to be in where I just exist and have fun and don't have any worries. It's too good to be true. That almost makes me feel like it's inevitable that something really bad is going to happen."
