LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Nov.29.2006]  /WMQT.com/ -- Sweet little JoJo wants to set the record straight about her recent outing at Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles.

The teen singer has come under fire for attending the 21 and over establishment, and has a thing or two to say about it.

JoJo told People magazine, "I didn't know it was 21 and over. It's a freakin' restaurant and I was there with my mom and two other underage friends."

She added "I had milk and cookies! I wasn't drinking alcohol."
