LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Dec.6.2006]  /WMQT.com/ -- Akon and Gwen Stefani will take the stage as co-musical guests on Saturday Night Live's December 9th episode, with host Annette Benning.

The Senegalese R&B sensation will perform his hit song "I Wanna Love You" from his new album "Konvicted," and Stefani will treat fans to her new single "Wind It Up" from her latest release.

This won't be the first time the two will be working together -- the duo just collaborated on the title track from Stefani's "The Sweet Escape."
