LOS ANGELES, CA  [Monday Feb.26.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Think you have an American Idol in the making? Do you have a young Chris Daughtry, Katherine McPhee or Fantasia Barrino on your hands?

Give your little one a head start, and send them to the American Idol Summer Camp. For just $3,000, kids 12-15 can attend the 10-day program in Northfield, Mass., where they will take part in master classes with industry pro's, former Idols, and other celebrity guests.

But don't expect the camp to get your kid on the show. The folks at American Idol insist that the program will be "non-competitive," and won't guarantee any future association with the hit series.
