LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Mar.2.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Beyonce may have hepatitis, and it could be Wolgang Puck's fault.

The health department has issued an urgent warning to anyone who attended a Valentine's day bash in honor of Sports Illustrated's latest swimsuit edition that they may have been exposed to acute hepatitis A.

The warning came after one of Puck's employees was diagnosed with the disease. Unfortunately, it meant everyone at the party was at risk, including singer/model/actress Beyonce Knowles and a host of smokin'-hot swimsuit models.

The Health department is urging anyone who attended a Puck-catered event between Feb. 1 - 20 to get an immune globulin shot.

The Governor's post-Oscar ball was not included on the warning list.
