LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Apr.6.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- In the midst of Bono's global humanitarian efforts, veteran rock-band U2 still manages to find time to make a new record.

U2's The Edge recently spoke to Rolling Stone about their next album.

The legendary guitarist said, "We're working on new songs and getting lost in the music. I don't think we're going to try and think too much about what we're going to do with it yet.

"We're giving ourselves the luxury of just working on the songs. There's some amazing things coming through."
