BOSTON, MA  [Friday Apr.13.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- U2's The Edge and Gloria Estefan have both recently earned their doctorates...sort of.

The stars will be given honorary doctorate degrees from the Berklee College Of Music in Boston next month.

Gloria's husband Emilio Estefan and jazz pianist Andrew Hill will also receive the honorary degrees.

Past Berklee honorees include David Bowie and Aretha Franklin.
