Home video captured the soul diva falling head-first down a staircase after tripping on her costume. Ever the pro, Knowles continued to sing as if nothing happened.

Beyonce later asked fans not to post the video online, but her request was ignored by an unidentified woman who gave the tape to WKMG-TV early Wednesday.
