LOS ANGELES, CA  [Tuesday Jul.31.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Akon is featured on a remix of Fall Out Boy's "The Take Over, The Break's Over," reports punkbands.com.

We reported earlier that the R&B star wanted to work with the emo band, and he just may hacve the chance. FOB is working on some new songs, says singer Patrick Stump. He says, "I've got a bunch of songs written, but I think I'm going to wait a while before we release it, because I'm still really proud of this record and I want to kind of give it some space."

FOB has just come back from performing in South Africa, where they also shot a video for the new single "I'm Like a Lawyer With the Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off (Me & You)."
