LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Aug.15.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Nelly Furtado, The Strokes' Julian Casablancas, Macy Gray and Sean Paul are among the judges of this year's International Songwriting Competition.

The panel, which also includes legendary performers Brian Wilson, Tom Waits, Ray Davies, Jerry Lee Lewis, Loretta Lynn Frank Black, Ornette Coleman, ex-New Order man Peter Hook, The Cure's Robert Smith and Darryl 'D.M.C.' McDaniels will award $25,000 in cash to the best entry plus $20,000 worth of prizes. Two runners-up will also take home cash prizes.
