LOS ANGELES, CA  [Wednesday Sep.12.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Justin Timberlake has postponed two upcoming tourdates after being ordered to rest his voice, reports NME.com.

His doc blames the strained vocal chords on his performance at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards and his busy touring schedule.

JT was scheduled to perform earlier this week in Sacramento, California, and in San Jose, California today, Wednesday 9/12. He has rescheduled the shows for September 23rd in San Jose and September 25th in Sacramento.
