SHANGHAI, CHINA  [Wednesday Oct.17.2007]  /WMQT.com/ -- Beyoncé is heading to Shanghai. She will perform at the Chinese city on November 3 as part of her international tour - after she had to scrap a show in Malaysia because of dress-code problems. China did previously cancel a show by Beyonce's boyfriend Jay-Z, after calling his lyrics too "vulgar." Officials there also told the Rolling Stones in the past not to perform their racier material.

Beyoncé plays this week in Ethiopia and Romania, and then she'll hit Turkey, India, Thailand, Indonesia and then China, Philippines, South Korea and Taiwan.
