DETROIT, MI [Tuesday Feb.24.2004] /WMQT.com/ -- Anybody seen the Wesley Clark commercial in which he weighs in on the likelihood of a Big Boi/Andre 3000 split? The commercial begins with the former Democratic hopeful sitting casually in a cafe with a group of concerned-looking twenty-somethings, discussing such hot-button topics as affirmative action and weapons of mass destruction. Then, in a deadpan comedic turn that would have Buster Keaton taking notes, Clark drawls, "I don't care what the other candidates say. I don't think Outkast is breaking up, Andre 3000 and Big Boi just cut solo records, that's all," capping the quip with an affirming fist-knock from a "bud" at the next table.
Following the commercial's release, Clark was asked if he's really an Outkast fan, and had his response ready: "I can shake it like a Polaroid picture!"
