Jet Single Sets Canadian Radio Record

DETROIT, MI [Friday Mar.19.2004] /WMQT.com/ -- Australian band Jet has beaten Celine Dion's weeks-in-a-row record on Canadian radio. The single "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" has been in the number 1 spot for 17 weeks, legendary status previously known only to Celine Dion. The song was featured in Apple's IPods and Itunes commercials, which may account for its success.
