NEW YORK, NY  [Monday Jul.19.2004]  /WMQT.com/ -- New York Hoobies, now here this! MTV wants Hoobastank's biggest fans to appear on TV with the band. Both female and male fans that look between 16-24 years old are needed. Participants must have high-energy and enthusiasm for Hoobastank and MTV and be free on August 2 and August 5. Additional requirements include the ability to get to one of MTV's Jones Beach-New York locations on those two days.

To apply, email mtv.production.casting@mtvstaff.com. Include your name, phone number, address, age, the number of tickets you want, a picture of yourself and your school. In the email's subject line, type "Hoobastank."

One more thing, you must be willing to wear beach attire and swimwear for the taping. After all, it's a summer show on the beach!
