The clip includes real footage of the singer-songwriter throughout her life. Viewers will see Alanis from the time she was a little girl up to the present day. The footage is taken from her past videos, US and Canadian television appearances and home movies.

One highlight of the clip features Alanis getting "slimed" as a teenager on the TV show "You Can't Do That on Television."
