Switchfoot Up for San Diego Music Awards
Switchfoot, Blink-182 up for 2004 San Diego Music Awards.

SAN DIEGO, CA [Tuesday Aug.24.2004] /WMQT.com/ -- The nominees have been announced for the 2004 San Diego Music Awards, and Switchfoot is up for two awards. The San Diego band is nominated for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for "Dare You to Move."
Blink-182 nabbed three San Diego Music Award nominations. The punk trio is up for Album of the Year, Best Punk Album and Song of the Year for "Feeling This." Jason Mraz is also in the running for Artist of the Year.
The San Diego Music Awards take place September 28 at Humphrey's Outdoor Concert Stage in San Diego, California. The Awards have been a tradition since 1991 to honor local music artists.
