Doug Robb says the writing process will start this month.
LOS ANGELES, CA [Thursday Jan.6.2005] /WMQT.com/ -- Hoobastank's Doug Robb spent last month recuperating from viral pneumonia but is now on the road to recovery. In fact, Robb says that he is ready to start working on the band's next album.
Robb told MTV.com that he plans to start writing new material with guitarist Dan Estrin this month. "I've got all these ideas, and Dan has some riff ideas, so I'm just waiting on him to show me what he's got," says the Hoobastank frontman. "In January we'll start the writing process. January, February and March, we'll go from light writing to some heavy writing. And before June we're going to have a new record in the can, ready to go, so we can have it out by late next year."
