LOS ANGELES, CA  [Thursday Feb.17.2005]  /WMQT.com/ -- The Counting Crows, Beyonce and Josh Groban are among the artists who will perform at the 77th annual Academy Awards show. The Counting Crows will play their Oscar-nominated song, "Accidentally in Love" from "Shrek 2," while Beyonce will duet with Josh Groban on another Best Original Song nominee, "Believe" from "The Polar Express."

Along with her duet with Groban, Beyoncé will perform two other Oscar-nominated songs, reports MTV.com. The Destiny's Child singer joins the American Boychoir on "Look to Your Path (Vois Sur Ton Chemin)" from "The Chorus." And she'll also sing "Learn to Be Lonely" from "The Phantom of the Opera."

Comedian and actor Chris Rock hosts this year's Academy Awards show, which takes place February 27 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. The show will be broadcast live at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT on ABC.
