Rockers Unite For Charity Auction
Green Day, No Doubt donate to Unite The United Auction.

LOS ANGELES, CA  [Friday Oct.21.2005]  /WMQT.com/ -- Rockers are uniting to raise money for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Green Day, No Doubt, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are among the bands donating items to the Unite the United Charity Auction, which kicks off this Monday, October 24th, at 12 pm PT on eBay.

The Unite the United Charity Auction is scheduled to run for five weeks and additional memorabilia and autographed one-of-a-kind items and collectibles will be placed on the auction block every few days.

All proceeds from the auction will go to Habitat For Humanity for Hurricane Katrina and Gulf Coast aid to rebuild homes for those who lost everything.

Along with Green Day, No Doubt and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, other artists who have donated items for this auction include Papa Roach, Blink 182, Ozzy Osbourne, 311, Def Leppard, Rob Zombie, the Ramones, Flogging Molly, Good Charlotte, Jimmy Eat World, MxPx, New Found Glory, Nirvana, Sonic Youth, Sugarcult, The Used, and more.
