Green Day releases its much-anticipated live CD/DVD package, "Bullet In A Bible," on Reprise Records. Recorded in June of this year, the set captures Green Day live from Milton Keynes, England, during the band's two biggest headlining shows of its career in front of more than 130,000 people.
Madonna is also back with "Confessions on a Dance Floor," featuring the new single "Hung Up," and 11 other bootie-shaking tracks.
Mimi gets emancipated again as Mariah Carey releases "The Emancipation of Mimi: Platinum Edition." The deluxe version of the bestselling album features four new songs including Mariah's latest hit, "Don't Forget About Us."
In compilation news, "MySpace Records, Vol. 1" -- featuring Weezer, Fall-Out Boy, the Click Five and the All-American Rejects -- hits stores today. Lastly, U2's new DVD "Vertigo 2005//U2 Live From Chicago" arrives today. The DVD was filmed earlier this year during the band's May 9th and 10th shows in Chicago on the first leg of the Vertigo Tour.
